Chicken mole enchiladas!!! Such fabulous flavor.
Would eat there every day if I could
Job well done. -

Not very good Mexican food. Quality varies upon who you get making your burrito. Inside atmosphere is pretty boring and depressing.

Probably the worst Mexican food I have ever had. I ordered the carnitas burrito. The wheat tortilla was stale, rice was not cooked all the way, the carnitas "pork" had no flavor and dry. Pico was good.

I agree that the food here is nice
and fresh. However the service has
been gruff and rude. The servers
do talk about the customers in front
of them and they laughingly deride them as well. They make a huge mistake when they erroneously assume that
because the customer may look like
a "gringo"....that they do not understand
spanish! The owners need to train
their workers to be polite to everyone.
People come to visit Bainbridge from
all over the world....and many of them
are multilingual. If courtesy and respect
are not added to your menu your business will fail. -

I have to try other things before I give 5 stars, but my breakfast burrito was delicious! Made fresh, the tortilla was awesome... Being from SoCal, living on BI, I've been missing good Mexican food on EVERY corner... I tried Taco Time and I will NEVER go there again, unless I'm looking for some tasteless boiled chicken...
The beef had been slow cooked, I could tell, and maybe it wasn't SUPER spicy, but look at the people that live on this island... Most could not handle some habanero peppers up in their tacos...
I was happy, and I'll be back to try the beans and rice and I need to check the menu for chile relleno... That's how I determine a GREAT Mexican restaurant!
I fear trying the main restaurant... Because of reviews... But I will eventually...
